Children below 12 - 50% of cost / Children below 5 - 25% of cost

Accompanying Maids - per day 800.00.

Transportation costs NOT included

3.09% Service tax applicaple on all packages

COSTS INCLUDE
Tented accomodation on a twin share basis.
All meals and soft drinks.
Use of Specialized rafting equipment including life jackets and helmets. Professional Guide fees.

COSTS EXCLUDE
Transport. Insurance. Medical (Other than Basic first Aid). Accomodation in Delhi. Alcoholic beverages. Personal or additional expenses caused by delays/ alterations due to natural causes: weather, road, river conditions or sickness.

BOOKING :
50% ADVANCE TO CONFIRM BOOKING.
BALANCE a week prior to trip.

PAYMENTS :
In cash, or by cheque made out to 'OUTDOOR ADVENTURES INDIA PVT LTD'

CANCELLATION CHARGES
Within 6 weeks of trip date : 25% of full amount
Within 4 weeks of trip date : 50% of full amount
Within a week of trip date : Full amount.
